Shatetha is a senior partner and the Chairman of Indochina at McKinsey, covering Thailand and Vietnam. Since joining McKinsey in 1997, he has worked with leading local and multinational companies in Asia Pacific and the Middle East on a wide range of topics, from strategy and digital/technology to operational and organizational transformation. He also has extensive experience working with a variety of clients, including leading private conglomerates, large State-Owned Enterprises, and governments.

Before joining McKinsey, Shatetha worked for Schlumberger on seismic/oil exploration projects across Europe and Asia Pacific.

Shatetha holds an MBA from the Wharton School, where he was a Fulbright scholar, as well as a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Chulalongkorn University.
